Very good beginner course for Python. This course gives you a good grasp of how basics of Python works, and also teaches you how Boot.Dev as a platform works.

Learn TypeScript

The assignments are great, they certainly try to challenge you in ways you may not expect, and in ways where you could find simpler solutions, but pushing through and finding ways to solve problems manually is actually extremely rewarding. They have it all thought through, if you follow the material and use the resources appropriately, you'll learn the concepts you've only heard about and get experience with the terminology of development too. Kinda addicting ngl. 14 day streak, 1 course down.

Some folks look at the job data and assume that front-end positions are the only option for new learners. On the contrary, there is big demand for backend and data-oriented positions!

If you like working with data, logic, and servers, you might just enjoy the back-end, data-focused curriculum here on Boot.dev. And similar to the frontend, most data and backend positions don't require a specific degree from a university... but you do need to know your stuff!
