I moved the rules from AnalyzerReleases.Unshipped.md to AnalyzerReleases.Shipped.md.

Follow the approach described below.

I have looked at which versions MsgPack was added and concluded that. No mention is made of the deletion of the Rule named MessagePackAnalyzer_XXX.
