Module loading could happen in PSReadLine module's context because
But that doesn't mean the module should be loaded targeting the PSReadLine module's session state. In this case, we should use the
Globalsession state instead. PSReadLine doesn't depend on any other modules and should not have any module loaded into its session state.PR Checklist
