As part of extraction from apache#36537 I noticed that mysql-connector-python causes also a lot of backtracking. This PR bumps minimum version of the mysql-connection-python from REALLY OLD (2018) to JUST OLD (2022).

Enough that it builds. It does not bring the CI image versions up, The versions there were already higher :) |
