@sureshanaparti , 4.19 is out of support. shall we close this PR?

@DaanHoogland just checking with @weizhouapache on the same. I think, still there are some PRs targeted to 4.19 branch (merge in 4.19, and then merge forward to 4.20). Some pkgs/build check can be done here if required, so we can close this after 4.20.2 release.
