Problem

Migration 000401 hardcodes public.workspace_agents in both the up and down scripts:

CREATE INDEX IF NOT EXISTS workspace_agents_auth_instance_id_deleted_idx ON public.workspace_agents (auth_instance_id, deleted);

-- down  
DROP INDEX IF EXISTS public.workspace_agents_auth_instance_id_deleted_idx;

This causes the migration to fail for deployments using a non-public schema.

Solution

Remove the public. schema qualifier so the migration relies on search_path instead, which is consistent with all other migrations in the codebase.

Testing

• Verified no other production migrations use hardcoded public. schema (only test fixtures do)
• The migration will now work regardless of the configured schema name
