Description
This PR adds missing command-line-flag docs for flags added in #1131
Also, the unnecessary
ignore_versionsfile (for EOL versions5.5and5.6- added in #1161) is removed because we already "ignore" those version by no longer running tests for themscript/cibuildreturns with no formatting errors, build errors or unit test errors.
