FWIW, this OwlBot change is fine - "master` in the kubernetes URL was manually replaced by accident ("main" does not yet exist there).

Supersedes #281. It turned out it's easier to merge the changes into
masterfirst and then just renamemastertomain, as opposed to manually creating themainbranch, keep it in sync withmaster, changing all PR targets, etc.
