Fixed an error in bulk mutate, where an error that fails but succeeds on retry would still be reported as an error in the exception after the operation is finalized
Also, added test to cover this situation, and a separate test to make sure that an exception is always emitted on failed bulk_mutate operation (which was an issue with the existing client)
