something about the specific combination seems to be failing, I'll toy around with our spc github actions to track it down |

The quic test of ngtcp2 is failing to compile (presumably), but the error is hidden in the config.log that I can't see. No access to a Mac so I'll have to wait for @crazywhalecc Edit: Fixed. |

I removed most defaultExtensionLibs because they're required by selected defaultExtensions, anyway.
Brotli and xz will come later.
