@hugovk This is probably worth taking today. Strictly speaking, installs aren't blocked (you can run the separate installer for the C runtime), but it's also a trivial fix and most of the time the changed module never even runs. |

Also, we'll take it into 3.13, so just for the sake of keeping the 3.14 branch consistent with previous/next versions. |
