* _Py_FindEnvConfigValue() now returns a string allocated by PyMem_RawMalloc(). * calculate_init() now decodes VPATH macro. * Add calculate_open_pyenv() function. * Add substring() and joinpath2() functions.
And a few cleanup changes.
