Now that 3.6 is out, there's really no need to default to 3.5 any more. Fixes #2836.

I don't understand why, but it seems this does not actually check stubs with the 3.6 parser when the "main" Python version is lower than 3.6. See python/typeshed#984 (comment) for proof. |

That behavior doesn't surprise me -- I'll put up a quick PR with a fix. |
