* Remove argument and attribute `can_reply`. * Make argument `is_enabled` required in `__init__` signature. Relevant API 9.0 item: * Added the class `BusinessBotRights` and replaced the field `can_reply` with the field `rights` of the type `BusinessBotRights` in the class `BusinessConnection`.
* Remove argument and attribute `can_send_gift` * Make argument `accepted_gift_types` required in `__init__` signature. Relevant API 9.0 item: * Replaced the field `can_send_gift` with the field `accepted_gift_types` of the type `AcceptedGiftTypes` in the class `ChatFullInfo`.
Relevant API 9.0 item: * Added the field transaction_type to the class TransactionPartnerUser, simplifying the differentiation and processing of all transaction types.
