Some of my assets have a really long lineage. This cause GetGraph api to always returns timeout error or grpc: received message larger than max (x vs 4194304)

Describe the solution you'd like
Sometimes we don't need the whole lineage and fetching 5 - 10 levels of lineage should be sufficient most of the time.
It would be great if compass allow lineage fetching in a more granular way in terms of level.

Proposals:

1. New Level int config to control how many levels to fetch
2. New Direction string config to control which direction to fetch (upstream, downstream, both. default to both)
