Print lines without delimiters only when they end with specified line terminator('\n' by default or `\0` if `-s`)

Using the default line terminator
\nand without the additional option--only-delimited, cut should print the lines that do not contain delimiters only when they are ended with the specified line terminator(the default \n in this case or null-terminated if--zero-terminatedis enabled).In the given input the last line was not ended in a \n so it shouldn't have been printed.
