- Open
Command Paletteusing Ctrl+Shift+P or use menu itemTools → Command Palette.... - Choose
Install Package Control. - Hit Enter.

Package Control 3.4.1 is installed up to ST4200, which may fail loading on some modern OSs if required OpenSSL 1.1.1 libraries are missing.
If that happens, please follow the manual install steps.

Run Package Control: Upgrade/Overwrite All or restart Sublime Text to update to Package Control 4.

Open Sublime Text's console.

Paste and run the following script:

Note
Package Control.sublime-package is exactly the same as if it were downloaded by the installer.
All primary features are exposed through the Command Palette.
To install a package:

Package Control: Install Package. - Select a package from the list and hit Enter.
