Finished the Guardians of the Galaxy game tonight. I do love a fun linear game that doesn't go on for forever. Like 15 to 20 hours, and it was done.

I had a really bad night sleep and had to go to PT at 09:30

I dragged my body out of bed, put on clothes and went in despite being so tired my eyes were on stalks.

I went because it’s good for me. I train to better myself. I didn’t push it this time though, just worked with the energy I had.

I set the bike to a lower resistance to still get my RPM, didn’t push myself in the weight exercises and then did the treadmill for 6 instead of 10 minutes.

And then I was exhausted but that was a different fatigue. A satisfied one. I didn’t do a thing since, just watched the olympics and recharged my battery with good food.

And I feel so much better as a result. Tired but better. That’s a good thing to strive for I guess?

I found a way to set a default app to open all compatible file types on macOS, which is not easy to do normally. I was able to see a list of all file types applicable to the Nova text/code editor and select each of them. Now I don’t have to play the roulette of where a note or piece of code will open.

You can also set a default web browser, e-mail client, etc. in one place.
